Changemakers Summit is a place to meet likeminded people who are trying to change the world for the better. These three days are meant to inspire and to help you learn from the best practices and find fellow changemakers to work together with.
We know how hard it is to change things. It’s difficult to keep yourself inspired while working for the same cause for many years. And yet we know that only long-term efforts will have a meaningful impact. So our main goal is to give you the motivational boost you need to carry on with your mission.
We also know, that being a leader is a lonely endeavour. Changemakers Summit is THE place to meet other doers and shapers, to learn from and to find support from them. We aim to create meaningful connections and friendships between people with important missions in their lives.
This is also a place to learn. From the best in their field, whatever that field might be, for we aim to find the widest selection of speakers and trainers that is humanly possible – entrepreneurs, NGO leaders, politicians, artists, journalists and so on.
Every night we celebrate. We have deep discussions, we dance our worries away and look at the night sky in awe. The whole city becomes our playground. This is where we charge our batteries to last for a year and create memories to last a lifetime.
Our speakers are leaders in the wider sense of the word. They are the creators and developers of movements, projects and organizations.

We learn from practitioners who’ve been successful at fulfilling their missions.
Change starts from within and we help you do the same.
The topics range from creating and managing a team to strategy and vision.
We take a deeper look at some of the most important issues of our time.
Most NGOs at the expo are looking for new people who would like to contribute to their cause.
LEARN ABOUT ISSUES
We have a wide range of different organizations working on very different problems.
TRY IT OUT
The expo is interactive – with things to do, discover and play with.
Some of the organizations are also looking for interns and have job openings.
There is no other place like this. Everyone is passionate about some cause, everyone wants to become better and do better.
This is the most supportive, understanding group of people you could ever find. And we work tirelessly for the Summit to be the best place to make deep connections with these cool people.
Tartu Health Care College
An inspiring place for inspiring ideas.
A 10-minute ride from the center, we’ll find a world of our own to focus on the important. Tartu Health Care College has hosted us for many years and has become a second home for all the changemakers who attend. The address is Nooruse 5, Tartu.
These three days give you such a boost that you’ll last until your next vacation. You get a huge amout of inspiration and meet new interesting people and start new projects with them.
Social Work Students Association
It’s hard to find another event in Estonia with such a high concentration of changemakers. I’ve never had to regret the time at the event: I’ve come back with new ideas and new connections.
I had very high excpectations and they were met – there were some really inspiring people among the speakers! But the other participants were no less impressive.
